1. מבוא

ברוכים הבאים ל-TradingLock ("האפליקציה"), שפותחה על ידי ניסים בהר ("אנחנו", "שלנו"). מדיניות פרטיות זו מסבירה כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים ומגנים על המידע שלך בעת השימוש באפליקציה.

2. מידע שאנו אוספים

אנו אוספים את סוגי המידע הבאים:

• נתוני חשבון MT5 — גישת קריאה בלבד באמצעות MetaApi (יתרה, פוזיציות פתוחות, היסטוריית עסקאות). אנו משתמשים בסיסמת משקיע (Investor Password) שמאפשרת צפייה בלבד.
• העדפות כללי מסחר — הכללים והגדרות הנעילה שאתה מגדיר באפליקציה.
• הודעות צ'אט עם מאמן AI — השיחות שלך עם המאמן המבוסס על בינה מלאכותית, לצורך מתן תגובות מותאמות אישית.
• אנליטיקת שימוש — נתוני שימוש כלליים באפליקציה לשיפור חוויית המשתמש.

3. מידע שאיננו אוספים

אנו לא אוספים:

• סיסמאות מסחר (Master Password) — אנו משתמשים אך ורק בסיסמת משקיע לקריאה בלבד.
• נתונים פיננסיים אישיים מעבר למה שמוצג בחשבון ה-MT5.
• פרטי זיהוי אישיים מעבר למה שהמשתמש מספק באופן יזום.

4. שירותי צד שלישי

האפליקציה משתמשת בשירותים הבאים:

• MetaApi — לחיבור לחשבון MT5 (גישת קריאה בלבד). מדיניות הפרטיות של MetaApi.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — להפעלת מאמן ה-AI. ההודעות מועברות לשרתי Anthropic לעיבוד. מדיניות הפרטיות של Anthropic.
• Fly.io — אירוח השרת. נתוני מצב הנעילה בלבד מאוחסנים בשרת. מדיניות הפרטיות של Fly.io.

5. אחסון מידע

רוב הנתונים מאוחסנים מקומית במכשיר שלך באמצעות AsyncStorage. רק מצב הנעילה (נעול/לא נעול) נשמר בשרת שלנו כדי לאפשר פעולה רציפה.

6. שמירת מידע ומחיקה

אתה יכול למחוק את חשבונך ואת כל הנתונים המשויכים בכל עת דרך הגדרות האפליקציה. לאחר מחיקה, כל הנתונים המאוחסנים בשרת יימחקו באופן מיידי.

7. שיתוף מידע עם צד שלישי

אנו לא מוכרים, סוחרים או מעבירים את המידע האישי שלך לצדדים שלישיים. המידע משותף רק עם ספקי השירות המפורטים בסעיף 4, אך ורק לצורך תפעול האפליקציה.

8. עמידה ב-GDPR

• לגשת למידע האישי שלך
• לתקן מידע שגוי

9. אבטחת מידע

אנו נוקטים באמצעי אבטחה סבירים להגנת המידע שלך, כולל הצפנת תקשורת (HTTPS), אימות מאובטח (timing-safe secret comparison), והגבלת קצב בקשות (rate limiting).

1. Introduction

Welcome to TradingLock (the "App"), developed by Nisim Bahar ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• MT5 Account Data — Read-only access via MetaApi (balance, open positions, trade history). We use the Investor Password which provides view-only access.
• Trading Rules Preferences — The rules and lock settings you configure in the App.
• AI Coach Chat Messages — Your conversations with the AI-powered coach, used to provide personalized responses.
• App Usage Analytics — General usage data to improve the user experience.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Trading passwords (Master Password) — we only use the Investor (read-only) password.
• Personal financial data beyond what is displayed in your MT5 account.
• Personal identification information beyond what the user voluntarily provides.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services:

• MetaApi — For connecting to your MT5 account (read-only access). MetaApi Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — Powers the AI coach. Messages are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic Privacy Policy.
• Fly.io — Server hosting. Only lock state data is stored on the server. Fly.io Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage

Most data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. Only the lock state (locked/unlocked) is stored on our server to enable continuous operation.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all server-stored data will be removed immediately.

7. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 4, solely for the purpose of operating the App.

8. GDPR Compliance

We are committed to compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing of your data
• Data portability
• Object to data processing

9. Data Security

We employ reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), secure authentication (timing-safe secret comparison), and request rate limiting.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
