1. הסכמה לתנאים
בהורדה, התקנה או שימוש ב-TradingLock ("האפליקציה"), אתה מסכים לתנאי שימוש אלו. אם אינך מסכים, אנא אל תשתמש באפליקציה.
2. תיאור השירות
TradingLock הוא כלי התנהגותי שנועד לעזור לסוחרים לשלוט בהרגלי המסחר שלהם. האפליקציה מאפשרת הגדרת כללים ונעילת חשבונות מסחר בהתבסס על פרמטרים שהמשתמש מגדיר.
TradingLock אינו ייעוץ פיננסי. האפליקציה אינה מספקת המלצות מסחר, ייעוץ השקעות, או כל סוג אחר של ייעוץ פיננסי. כל החלטת מסחר היא באחריותך הבלעדית.
3. גישת קריאה בלבד
TradingLock משתמש ב-סיסמת משקיע (Investor Password) של MT5, המאפשרת גישת קריאה בלבד. האפליקציה לא יכולה לפתוח עסקאות, להפקיד או למשוך כספים, או לבצע כל פעולה שמשנה את מצב החשבון שלך.
מנגנון הנעילה פועל כמעקה בטיחות (guardrail) ולא כחסימה מוחלטת. קיימת אפשרות עקיפה (override) למקרי חירום — הנעילה נועדה להאט החלטות אימפולסיביות, לא למנוע גישה לחלוטין.
4. אחריות המשתמש
אתה מאשר ומסכים כי:
- אתה האחראי הבלעדי להחלטות המסחר שלך.
- TradingLock אינו מבטיח רווחים ואינו מונע הפסדים.
- השימוש בתכונת העקיפה (override/unlock) הוא על אחריותך.
- מסחר בשוק ההון כרוך בסיכון משמעותי, ואתה עלול להפסיד את כל ההשקעה שלך.
5. מנוי ותשלום
- מחיר: $39.90 לחודש.
- תקופת ניסיון: 7 ימים חינם. ניתן לבטל בכל עת במהלך תקופת הניסיון ללא חיוב.
- ביטול: ניתן לבטל את המנוי בכל עת. הגישה תישמר עד סוף תקופת החיוב הנוכחית.
- חידוש אוטומטי: המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית אלא אם תבטל לפני מועד החידוש.
6. מדיניות החזרים
אם אינך מרוצה, צור קשר עם התמיכה תוך 14 יום ממועד החיוב לקבלת החזר. החזרים מעבר לתקופה זו ייבחנו על בסיס פרטני.
7. דרישת גיל
השימוש באפליקציה מותר למשתמשים בני 18 ומעלה בלבד. בהסכמתך לתנאים אלו, אתה מצהיר שאתה מעל גיל 18.
8. קניין רוחני
כל הזכויות, לרבות זכויות יוצרים, סימני מסחר, קוד מקור, עיצוב ותוכן הקשורים ל-TradingLock הם רכוש בלעדי של ניסים בהר. אין להעתיק, לשנות, להפיץ או לבצע הנדסה הפוכה של האפליקציה ללא אישור מפורש בכתב.
9. הגבלת אחריות
במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק:
- TradingLock מסופק "כמות שהוא" (AS IS) ללא אחריות מכל סוג.
- איננו אחראים לכל נזק ישיר, עקיף, מקרי או תוצאתי הנובע משימוש באפליקציה.
- איננו אחראים להפסדים כספיים הנובעים מהחלטות מסחר, גם אם הנעילה הייתה פעילה.
- איננו אחראים לתקלות טכניות, עיכובים בשירות MetaApi, או מצבים בהם הנעילה לא פעלה כמצופה.
בכל מקרה, אחריותנו הכוללת לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמת עבור המנוי ב-3 החודשים האחרונים.
10. שינויים בתנאים
אנו שומרים על הזכות לעדכן תנאים אלו. שינויים מהותיים ייכנסו לתוקף 30 יום לאחר הודעה באפליקציה. המשך שימוש מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
11. סיום השירות
אנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים את גישתך לשירות אם תפר תנאים אלו, תנצל לרעה את השירות, או תבצע פעולות הפוגעות במערכת או במשתמשים אחרים.
12. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט
תנאים אלו כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל. כל מחלוקת תתברר בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TradingLock (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
TradingLock is a behavioral tool designed to help traders control their trading habits. The App allows setting rules and locking trading accounts based on user-defined parameters.
TradingLock is NOT financial advice. The App does not provide trading recommendations, investment advice, or any other type of financial guidance. All trading decisions are solely your responsibility.
3. Read-Only Access
TradingLock uses the Investor Password for MT5, which provides read-only access. The App cannot open trades, deposit or withdraw funds, or perform any action that modifies your account state.
The locking mechanism acts as a guardrail, not an absolute block. An override/unlock feature exists for emergencies — the lock is designed to slow impulsive decisions, not to prevent access entirely.
4. User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
- TradingLock does not guarantee profits and does not prevent losses.
- Use of the override/unlock feature is at your own risk.
- Trading in financial markets involves significant risk, and you may lose your entire investment.
5. Subscription & Payment
- Price: $39.90 per month.
- Free Trial: 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain until the end of the current billing period.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied, contact support within 14 days of being charged for a refund. Refunds beyond this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Age Requirement
The App is available only to users aged 18 and older. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, including copyrights, trademarks, source code, design, and content related to TradingLock are the exclusive property of Nisim Bahar. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without explicit written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TradingLock is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
- We are not liable for financial losses resulting from trading decisions, even if the lock was active.
- We are not liable for technical failures, MetaApi service delays, or situations where the lock did not function as expected.
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 3 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will take effect 30 days after notice in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in activities that harm the system or other users.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
